Full Time Family Medicine Physician

Full-time Family Medicine Physician needed to treat patients in-office or at testing centers with occasional tele-health visits, collaborating daily with in-office and virtual clinical teams, and performing in-office procedures as appropriate. Role requires obtaining additional state licensure for virtual primary care in multiple states, board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics (or board eligibility with plan to certify within 1 year), and CA medical licensure prior to start. Experience in outpatient primary care for 2 of the last 5 years, seeing patients of all ages (0+), and comfort with technology-enabled primary care delivery. Location is San Rafael, CA with a hybrid work arrangement (in-person and tele-health), and relocation support may be available.
