Full-Time Family Assistant in South Park for a Newborn and 5-Year-Old

Full-Time Family Assistant to support household operations and care for a newborn and a 5-year-old in South Park. Schedule: Monday and Friday, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm; Tuesday-Thursday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Additional hours may be available and overtime applies. Responsibilities include school drop-offs/pickups, age-appropriate activities for the children, hands-on learning, household management (laundry, meal prep, organizing, errands, grocery shopping, driving for routine maintenance, coordinating with service providers), and ensuring the home runs smoothly. The role requires reliability, organization, proactive planning, and the ability to work with a mom who works from home two days a week. The ideal candidate will be energetic, nurturing, communicative, and enjoy spending time with children while maintaining a well-run household. Qualifications include 3+ years of professional Family Assistant experience, a college degree or equivalent experience, CPR/First Aid certification, background check, valid driver’s license and transportation, 3+ professional references, non-smoking, English fluency (Spanish or French a plus), and up-to-date vaccinations. Start date July 13, 2026. Salary: $28-$30 per hour. Benefits include continued pay when family is away, PTO, sick days, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, and performance-based bonus.
