Job Summary
Family Assistant for a busy Mint Hill, NC family (Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency) focusing on child-related care and household management for a 4-year-old, 9-year-old, and 11-year-old. Responsibilities include morning preparation, afternoon pickups, transportation to therapy, meal prep, laundry, dishwashing, kitchen sanitizing, errands, grocery shopping, organizing the home, planning age-appropriate activities, and engaging children with outdoor time, play, and educational outings. Requires flexibility for occasional overnight shifts, strong communication with parents, experience with children who have special needs (autism for the oldest child), dependable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Salary offered at $28-$30/hour with benefits, start ASAP, and paid time off/holidays; position is full-time with a schedule roughly 7:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for early arrivals or occasional late stays.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience
- Have a college degree or equivalent experience
- Have a professional resume

- Have a valid driver’s license
