Job Summary
Conduct didactic, laboratory, and small group teaching in Pharmacokinetics/Biopharmaceutics while mentoring students and peer faculty on scholarly development and career aspirations. Lead the department in annual goal reviews aligned with university strategic plans, prepare administrative reports, and update catalog narratives for course criteria. Manage recruitment and retention efforts, orient new faculty, and design developmental activities for staff. Serve on assigned committees, attend conferences beneficial to the School of Pharmacy, and advocate for the profession at local, state, and national levels. Perform peer teaching evaluations and represent the department in public and academic functions.
Required Qualifications
- PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a professional focus in Pharmacokinetics
- Post-Doctoral experience in Pharmacokinetics or a related field
- Prior teaching experience in the relevant field

- Membership in a professional association tied to the area of instruction
