Full-Time Facility Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily cleaning operations for a large facility, ensuring restrooms, floors, offices, and high-traffic areas meet quality standards. Perform daily cleaning duties, organize supplies, monitor inventory, and place orders as needed while maintaining equipment and keeping supply areas organized. Communicate facility needs, concerns, and updates with management to help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment. Provide leadership, direction, and support while working independently, taking pride in the appearance and overall condition of your assigned facility. Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- 1+ year of commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and work independently
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety practices
- Professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to lead by example and take ownership of daily responsibilities
