Job Summary
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot facility systems including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, locks, and HVAC. Conduct routine inspections, test generators and alarms, prepare safety data sheets, and coordinate third-party repairs while ensuring regulatory compliance. Request supply approvals, manage vendor contracts, and oversee vehicle maintenance and camera system monitoring. Serve on the Safety Committee, prepare reports, and train staff as needed. Share on-call response duties for alarms during and after regular hours. Requires a Class A driver's license, 5+ years of commercial building maintenance experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Able to document issues and keep accurate records

- Effective under pressure, high-volume or emergency situations with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications or vocational training in specific disciplines required
- Minimum 5 years of prior, relevant work experience required
- Cultural awareness sensitivity, experience working with people of diverse backgrounds, skills and needs
- Act 33 and 34 clearances
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Possess a reliable, insured vehicle
- A current valid, regular Class A Pennsylvania driver's license with no accidents, points or violations in the past 3 years
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to interpret building drawings (preferred)
- Prior experience working in a Not For Profit (NFP) or community organization is helpful
