Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient evaluations to create tailored treatment plans and manage a daily caseload of approximately seven individuals. Implement evidence-based techniques including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to facilitate recovery, while educating patients on rehabilitation exercises and preventive care. Document treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop comprehensive care strategies. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a state-of-the-art facility serving athletes, seniors, and post-surgical patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting
- Significant hands-on skill in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions
- Onsite work location
- Structured schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- Specialization or certification in orthopedics
- Experience utilizing advanced rehabilitation technology, including therapeutic modalities and digital documentation systems
