Job Summary
Engage with Members in the BJ’s meat department by assisting and performing meat cutting tasks: receive, rotate, cut, grind, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats; prepare special cuts as ordered; weigh, package, wrap, and label products to company standards; maintain inventory and SIGNS to showcase products; ensure sanitation and safety throughout the department; contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment and support club policies while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to Members.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required
- Previous meat cutting experience required
- Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred
- At least 18 years of age
