Job Summary
Executive Chef needed to lead daily kitchen operations at The Inn at Crestwood (Wednesday–Sunday schedule). Responsibilities include planning and coordinating kitchen operations, setting up equipment, preparing salads and hot/cold items to standard recipes, maintaining menu knowledge, leading and training culinary staff, ensuring attractive presentation, assisting with ordering and catering events, supervising stations, controlling portions, timing, and quality, and complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations. Requires at least 1 year of culinary leadership and supervisory experience; a culinary degree is preferred. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
