Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, processing new sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates, respond to member inquiries, and assist management with training new hires. Maintain club cleanliness by cleaning equipment and facilities, and actively enforce Planet Fitness policies while promoting PE@PF and Planet of Triumphs programs. Work the evening shift from 2 PM to 10 PM with a full benefits package including PTO, health insurance, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
