Full Time Evening Security & Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Conduct interior and exterior patrols, perform resident safety checks, and respond to medical and facility emergencies. Answer all calls for assistance and ensure facility access points remain secure. Monitor HVACR and life safety systems, perform environmental service duties including trash removal and snow coverage, and conduct life safety inspections. Prepare logs and reports while adhering to hazard communication policies. This Wednesday through Saturday evening shift (2pm to Midnight) supports RiverWoods Group, Northern New England's largest family of CCRCs, in providing community and peace of mind to residents. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required for this full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years security or military experience
- familiarity with computers and communication devices
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance
- the ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries for private issues
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or another trade
