Job Summary
Oversee and perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, trash removal, and sanitizing of high-touch surfaces while maintaining daily facility operations. Direct the training of new associates, resolve employee concerns, and manage site budgets and accurate timekeeping to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor onsite equipment condition, transport machinery to the Marsden Repair Department in St. Paul, and enforce safety protocols. Requires a valid driver's license, active car insurance, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm for 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven lead or supervisory experience
- Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Willing to consent to a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic English proficiency required for safety
- Valid driver's license
- Active car insurance
