Job Summary
The Esthetician will drive Skin Health revenue and business growth by delivering world-class esthetic services (including Neveskin, Hydrafacial, Dermaflash, Keravive Scalp Treatment, Hydration and other Skin Health services) to Restore’s clientele, build and self-promote a client base, sell memberships/products/services, maintain spotless treatment rooms, schedule and manage appointments, and assist with store operations to deliver a best-in-class consumer experience and help achieve sales targets. The role requires maintaining a current Esthetician license, leveraging Skin Health modalities, educating clients on benefits, and collaborating with the studio team to grow the business.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a current & active Esthetician License within respective state(s)
- Experience or certification in Neveskin equipment is preferred but not required
- Experience or certification in Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not required
- Have a sales and growth mindset
- Provide education-oriented skin services
- Ability to quickly learn new Skin Health treatments and product lines
- Remain active on local and national communication channels and participate in mandatory calls
