Job Summary
Emergency Room RN in McKinney, TX, Full-Time, 7p-7a shift (36 hours/week). Responsible for quickly and accurately assessing patient care needs; diagnosing and collaboratively developing treatment plans with doctors and staff; completing paperwork and patient charting; managing multiple cases; delegating tasks and ensuring timely follow-up; facilitating education for patients, families, and staff; upholding confidentiality and patient rights; participating in quality/performance improvement initiatives. Requirements include 1+ year ER RN experience, TX or Compact RN license, BSN preferred, BLS, and nicotine-free status. Includes sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
