Full Time Engagement Coordinator

Engagement Coordinator responsible for leading frontline efforts to deliver a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty. Responsibilities include training and mentoring Associates on frontline cashier execution, policies and procedures, scheduling and coverage to optimize store operations, recognizing and coaching cashier performance, ensuring cash controls and loss-prevention standards, maintaining merchandising and cleanliness standards, and executing company directives across multiple store areas. Requires strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, ability to train others, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed.
