Job Summary
Full-time EMT providing BLS emergency medical care in a rural environment for 911 and interfacility responses. Partnered with a Paramedic, an Advanced EMT, EMT or CPR-certified driver. Responsibilities include traveling to and from work, operating vehicles, maintaining equipment, documenting hours and expenses, completing paperwork, coordinating with hospitals and external partners, and ensuring effective communication and resource utilization in austere environments.
Required Qualifications
- Current NREMT certification
- Current state issued EMT license in good standing (must be able to obtain ND licensure)
- 2 years EMT experience in a 911 system
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles including 4x4
- Eligible to work in the United States
