Job Summary
Emergency Room RN—Full Time in Waxahachie, TX on a 36-hour work week with 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a). Responsibilities include quickly and accurately assessing patient care needs, diagnosing and developing treatment plans with doctors and staff, completing documentation, managing multiple cases, delegating tasks, educating patients and families, protecting confidentiality, and participating in quality/performance improvement initiatives. Required: 1+ year ER RN experience, TX or Compact RN license, BLS; BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year ER RN experience required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Unencumbered Texas or Compact RN license required
