Job Summary
Lead 30-35 weekly Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 18 months to 8 years at schools and parks across Greater New Orleans. Create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where every child feels successful while delivering our proven curriculum with enthusiasm. Build positive relationships with children, families, teachers, and school partners. Work alongside the Executive Director and Coaching Support team, utilizing tools like Connecteam and Monday.com to assist with daily operations. Some evening availability is required, with Saturday morning programming opportunities available for additional compensation. This role offers a path for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop leadership skills in early childhood development and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Some evening availability required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children ages 18 months–8 years old (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, recreation, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
