Job Summary
As a Full Time Dock Hand at Equity LifeStyle Properties in Ponce Inlet, FL, you will perform marina-related tasks to maintain quality standards, including securing boats to docks, connecting and monitoring utilities (power, water, and telephone), black water pump out, waste disposal, and facility sanitation. You will deliver high levels of customer and guest service by coordinating with vessels for requests, transporting patrons and baggage to and from dockside, and delivering provisions and packages. The role involves operating motor and water vehicles and other mechanized equipment, working both independently and within a team, and adapting to a fast-paced outdoor environment.
