Job Summary
Dock Worker responsible for loading, unloading, and staging customer freight, building and organizing loads to prepare trailers for departure, using handheld scanners for accurate freight inventory, operating a forklift for ~90% of shifts, recouping or repairing damaged pallets, and maintaining dock/yard cleanliness and organization.
Required Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience (required)
- Ability to safely handle freight using manual pallet jacks and forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- A stable, consistent work history and reliable transportation
- Willingness and ability to pass a physical and background check
- A valid Driver’s License is highly preferred
