Full-Time Dispensing Nurse

Job Summary
Administer medications based on medical orders and maintain management of medication inventory. Monitor patient demeanor during induction phases and all medication administration, identifying and reporting critical incidents to the Medical Director. Assist with crisis interventions and observe urine drug screens as needed. Follow state and federal guidelines governing Opioid Treatment Programs and verify dosing information after hours when necessary. Maintain high professional ethics and confidentiality per Federal Law. Work Monday through Friday from 5 am to 1 pm, with a Saturday rotation from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. Schedule details are discussed during interviews. Join a private outpatient medication-assisted treatment program dedicated to helping individuals with substance use disorders lead healthy lives.
Required Qualifications
- A nursing License is required from an accredited school.
- Valid NC nursing license (LPN or RN).
- Ability to work independently as well as with the treatment team.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professional ethics and confidentiality as outlined by Federal Law.
- CPR/First Aid.
- Available to verify dosing information after hours when necessary.
