Job Summary
Assist consumers in becoming fully included in the community, enhance their self-image and skills development, and maximize their independence in life. Provide support within the Adult Day Program or Community Living Arrangement (CLA) to help individuals reach their goals, become more independent, and experience meaningful community activities. Work alongside compassionate staff to ensure individuals have access to necessary information and resources. This role is part of a grassroots organization dedicated to advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
Required Qualifications

- demonstrate a pattern of successful time and attendance
- valid state-issued driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a drug-free workplace setting
- successful completion of required background screenings
- minimum age of 18
- submitting to and passing a pre-employment medical examination, including Tuberculin testing and controlled substance screening
