Job Summary
Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living tasks including cooking, hygiene, laundry, and medication management. Encourage independence and personal growth while supporting recreational activities, community involvement, and driving individuals to outings and appointments. Manage personal finances and grocery shopping, then maintain accurate documentation through electronic systems. This safety-sensitive position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic technology proficiency, and a valid driver's license. No experience is required; training and certifications are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
- Comfortable with basic technology for documentation
- Must pass background checks and health screenings
- Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
