Full-Time Dialysis Technician, CCHT

As a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) at Rendevor Dialysis, you will perform and monitor dialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within the correctional community. You will maintain safety checks, monitor dialysis parameters (vital signs, weights), manage infection control, prepare daily dialysis logs and equipment setups, stock supplies, and participate in IDT and QAPI initiatives. You’ll collaborate with the healthcare team and clients to educate patients about their disease and treatment, while adhering to policies and procedures. The role requires basic renal knowledge, sterile technique, and proficiency with standard office software. Strong communication in English and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team are essential.
