Full-Time Dialysis Technician, CCHT

As a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) at Rendevor Dialysis, perform and monitor dialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within the Suffield, CT unit. Role involves applying technical and critical thinking skills to ensure safe, effective dialysis care, coordinating with the healthcare team and site clients (DOC/BOP, etc.), maintaining patient communication, and adhering to infection control and safety procedures. Core duties include understanding renal function and dialysis modalities, completing safety checks, recording dialysis parameters, assisting with bloodwork and specimen collection, preparing logs and setup for each shift, stocking supplies, maintaining a clean environment, participating in IDT and QAPI activities, contributing to continuous improvement, and upholding confidentiality and teamwork within a hospital/ correctional facility setting. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, CCHT certification, CPR certification, at least one year of dialysis experience, proficient English communication, and strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
