Job Summary
Performs hemodialysis treatment delivering high-quality RN care; utilizes assessment, technical, collaborative, documentation, and leadership skills; establishes care plans, monitors patient responses, adjusts therapy, and coordinates with nephrologist, dietitian, and staff; delegates and supervises as needed; maintains accurate documentation and infection control; administers medications and obtains labs; contributes to QA/QAPI initiatives; provides patient education; prepares dialysis logs and unit setup; supports a correctional dialysis unit; requires PA RN license and CPR certification; 1 year of recent hemodialysis RN experience (2-3 years preferred).
Required Qualifications
- PA RN license
- Current CPR certification (or within three months of hire)
- One year of recent Hemodialysis RN experience (two to three years preferred)
- English proficiency
