Full Time Dialysis PCT

Job Summary
Gather patient stats before and after dialysis treatments, initiate and monitor procedures, terminate treatments, and collect blood samples per physician orders. Prepare machines for hemodialysis, clean and disinfect equipment post-treatment, and conduct safety checks while logging results for quality control. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations under RN or Charge Nurse supervision, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment. Complete USRC training within 8 weeks and obtain Patient Care Technician certification within 18 months. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients
- Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency
- Successful completion of USRC training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis within 8 weeks of hire
- Patient Care Technician certification obtained through a state certification program or national commercially available certification program within 18 months of hire date and maintained in good standing thereafter
Desired Qualifications
- Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA
