Job Summary
Perform and monitor dialysis treatments under RN supervision while assessing patients, adjusting therapy for emergencies, and administering medications. Manage unit operations including set-up, machine cleaning, lab specimen collection, and documentation, while acting as a liaison between staff, patients, and correctional authorities. Maintain strict infection control protocols, participate in quality improvement committees, and assume primary nurse responsibilities during the Nurse Manager's absence. Work Monday through Saturday in Moberly, Missouri, with a schedule ranging from five to fifteen hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Current LPN license for Missouri
- Current CPR Certification
- One-year clinical dialysis experience
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and satisfactorily communicate in English
- Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.
- Current LPN license for Missouri
