Job Summary
Correctional Dialysis LPN providing on-site dialysis treatment under the supervision of the Registered Nurse in a correctional facility setting. Responsibilities include performing and monitoring dialysis treatments, conducting thorough patient assessments, assisting with care plans, documenting accurately, ensuring infection control, coordinating with the healthcare team and site stakeholders, maintaining communication with clients, and participating in performance and quality initiatives. Requires strong English communication, technical/computer proficiency with standard software, and adherence to policies. The role operates in Whitmore Lake, MI, with shifts Monday–Saturday 6am–6pm, and cannot be performed remotely.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Current LPN license for Michigan
- Current CPR Certification
- One-year clinical dialysis experience
