Job Summary
Full Time Department Coordinator at TJX—responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Oversees truck delivery, back-room organization, tagging/hanging/coding of merchandise, and collaboration with management to maintain store plan execution, productivity coaching, safety, and compliance with policies. Requires ability to train Associates, manage tasks, and adapt to changing priorities; offers a comprehensive benefits package and a starting hourly wage of $14.50–$15.00 with location at Mentor, OH.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience or equivalent preferred
- leadership experience preferred
