Full Time Dental Hygienist Position

Dental Hygienist needed to join Pinkerington Family Dental to be an integral member of the patient care team, delivering preventive dental care and patient education with full clinical autonomy within a Heartland Dental supported office. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and continuing education through a robust hygiene mentor program; responsibilities include patient screening, documenting medical history, and providing exceptional lifelong dental care. Must have an active Ohio dental hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and experience with tools such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital x-rays, and EMR systems. Hours are Mon/Wed/Thu 7:30am-5:00pm and Tue 8:30am-6:00pm with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits. Availability for virtual or in-person training and ability to lift up to 45 pounds are noted, along with TB testing requirements where applicable.
