Job Summary
Conduct dental hygiene procedures and patient care within the group dentistry model at Gentle Dental Hazel Dell. Deliver accessible oral healthcare focused on clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and innovative treatment outcomes. Support Doctors and Clinicians with a balance of autonomy and team resources to improve patient wellbeing and generate predictable results. Schedule includes part-time Thursday through Saturday hours. Full-time staff earn a combination of hourly rate and production bonuses with an expected total comp of $60+ per hour. Benefits include CE credits, malpractice insurance, and a referral bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
