Full Time Dental Hygienist Position

As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll join an established Heartland Dental-supported office to deliver exceptional preventive care and patient education within a mentorship-rich environment. You’ll be an integral member of the patient care team, providing high-quality hygiene services with clinical autonomy while benefiting from mentorship, continuing education, and robust clinical and lab support. The role emphasizes patient advocacy, preventive care, and maintaining patients’ dental health through thorough screenings, medical history documentation, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. This maternity-coverage position is located in Kansas City, MO, with full-time status but part-time maternity coverage from April to August. Key skills include proficiency in dental hygiene procedures, experience with digital x-rays and EMR systems, use of Velscope/Diagnodent or similar tools, CPR certification, and a willingness to participate in ongoing learning and mentorship opportunities.
