Full Time Dental Hygienist Position

Dental Hygienist position at Great Southern Smiles in Germantown area; provide preventive dental hygiene care as an integral member of the patient care team, with mentor support and CE opportunities. The role emphasizes patient advocacy, comprehensive hygiene procedures, and documentation of medical history, with emphasis on using advanced tools (Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays) and EMR systems. Full-time schedule Tuesday–Friday with benefits including health insurance (UnitedHealthcare PPO), 401k, paid holidays, PTO, and CE coverage. Training and mentorship are provided to develop clinical skills, andTuberculosis pre-employment screening is required.
