Job Summary
Provide preventive periodontal-focused care as part of a specialty team: perform thorough dental cleanings (scaling, polishing, root planing), take and develop radiographs, conduct oral health assessments, educate patients on proper oral hygiene, prepare treatment rooms, assist the dentist during exams/procedures, document care in the dental record, monitor supplies, and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance. Proficiency with dental software and digital charting; capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team; strong communication and compassionate chairside manner; familiarity with common dental procedures and patient education techniques. Required Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygiene license in the state of practice
- Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
