Full Time Dental Hygienist Position

Dental Hygienist at Compass Creek Dental Care in Leesburg, VA. Full-time position with a four-day workweek and schedule consisting of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am–5:30pm, and Wednesday 9:30am–7:30pm. You’ll be an integral member of the patient care team, providing preventive dental hygiene care, patient screening and medical history documentation, and utilizing tools like Velscope, Diagnodent, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records. The office emphasizes mentorship, ongoing education, and high-quality patient care within a supportive Heartland Dental network. Requires Virginia licensure and an Associate’s (or Bachelor’s) degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and ~1+ years of clinical experience. TB testing is part of the pre-employment process.
