Full Time Dental Assistant

Job Summary
Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and sterilize instruments. Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records while educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Perform impressions, scans, and other diagnostic records as needed to ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. Maintain infection control and OSHA compliance while helping keep the clinical schedule running efficiently. Support teammates in creating a positive patient experience. Monday through Thursday shifts run from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 3:00 PM, with occasional Friday mornings. Previous dental assisting experience and certification are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Dental assisting certification and X-ray certification (if required by state)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with digital dentistry and practice management software is a plus
