Job Summary
Deliver products to customers along assigned routes, complete urgent deliveries, and pick up parts, cores, and returns from customers, vendors, or store locations. Verify orders for accuracy, complete delivery paperwork and invoices, and maintain company vehicles through cleaning, fueling, and routine safety checks. Provide professional customer service during interactions, assist with freight checking and inventory stocking, and support store operations by handling counter customers, processing returns, and resolving concerns. Perform additional tasks such as paint mixing and maintain store cleanliness and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of and ability to follow federal and state driving laws, regulations, and safety procedures
- Familiarity with the local territory and ability to navigate delivery routes effectively
- Basic understanding of store operations and procedures
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move automotive parts and products as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive parts knowledge or previous automotive sales/customer service experience preferred
