FULL TIME DELI/BAKERY MANAGER

Develop a department atmosphere focused on creating and exceeding the highest customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals while managing gross profit, shrink, and sales targets. Manage associate schedules to maximize productivity and train staff to meet targeted sales and productivity goals. Prepare and package deli items according to company guidelines, merchandise the department to align with ads and seasonal trends, and oversee inventory taking. Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers, ensure all equipment functions correctly, and gain knowledge of products within the store. Identify unsafe conditions, notify management of accidents or illegal activity, and enforce health department and safety procedures.
