Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 nursing care for children with medical complexities, including ventilator, trach, and g-tube management, in the comfort of their homes. Provide specialized hands-on training support for new staff while offering flexible scheduling options ranging from weekday days to weekend nights and consecutive overnight shifts. Assist clients with specific needs such as a 7-year-old or 21-year-old patient requiring continuous monitoring and daily support. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Valid license (implied by RN/LPN requirement)
- Ability to work days Wednesday through Saturdays 9-hour shifts
- Ability to work overnights every other Monday & Tuesday 10 hour shifts
- Ability to work overnights every Saturday & Sunday 10-hour shifts
- Ability to work days Friday - Sunday 8-12-hour shifts
- Ability to work evenings every other Saturday & Sunday 4-6 hour shifts
- Ability to work overnights every Thursday through Sunday 9-12 hour shifts
