Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 in-home nursing care to a 13-year-old client with a g-tube, managing ventilator, trach, and g-tube needs through specialized training. Provide full-time day shifts from 7a to 8p Monday through Friday, with occasional evening coverage available. Join Pediatric Home Service as a Home Health Nurse or Private Duty Nurse, supporting children with complex medical needs to thrive in their home environment while attending school.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Full Time Days
- Days/Evenings Monday through Friday from 7a - 8p and 4p - 8:30p
- *Summertime Hours* Days 7a - 8:30p
- Client Specifics: 13 year old with a g-tube
