Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 nursing care to a 13-year-old client with a g-tube in their home. Provide specialized support for ventilator, trach, and g-tube management during day shifts from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Join Pediatric Home Service to help children with medical complexities thrive while attending school and building memories with their families.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Full Time Days
- Days/Evenings Monday through Friday from 7a - 8p and 4p - 8:30p
- *Summertime Hours* Days 7a - 8:30p
- Client Specifics: 13 year old with a g-tube
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience
- Pediatric experience is a plus
