Job Summary
Full-time day shift RN or LPN needed for 1:1 pediatric home health care in Minnesota. Responsibilities include providing pediatric home health nursing to medically complex children (tra ch, vent, g-tube), delivering care in the child’s home, offering support and education to families, and collaborating with a 24/7 team. Training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care is provided; no previous pediatric experience required. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license in good standing
- ability to provide 1:1 pediatric care in home health setting
