FULL TIME DAY SHIFT RN CHARGE NURSE with responsibility to provide nursing care to residents per physician orders and facility protocol, lead and direct licensed and non-professional staff, coordinate admissions/transfers/discharges, communicate with residents and families, supervise nursing staff, schedule duties, ensure compliance with safety and infection-control programs, develop and implement resident care plans, delegate duties, participate in staff training, and participate in MDS/Total Care Plan meetings while prioritizing resident rights and a safe, clean environment in Booneville, MS.
