Full Time Day Shift QMAP

Provide medication administration support and resident care for elderly residents on a full-time day shift in a Bethesda Senior Living Community. Responsibilities include calculating and administering medications, performing narcotic counts, processing MARs and physician orders, ordering meds from the pharmacy, documenting medical changes, scheduling doctor appointments, assisting with activities of daily living, serving meals, escorting residents, maintaining confidentiality, and communicating with residents, families, and staff. The role requires compassion, strong communication, ability to follow policies and procedures, and the capacity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team; shift may include weekends and holidays. Education preferred is a High School diploma or equivalent with state-required medication administration and CPR/First Aid certifications.
