Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care for medically complex children in home settings. RN or LPN with training in ventilator, trach, and G-tube care; flexible full-time day shifts in Rochester, MN with opportunities for night/weekend differentials and a sign-on bonus. Training and 24/7 support available to help you succeed in delivering compassionate, specialized care to children at home. Located in Rochester with multiple shift options across 55902, 55904, and 55906, serving pediatric patients from infants to young adults.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license
- Willingness to complete training in ventilator, trach, and G-tube care
- ability to work 12-hour shifts
