Job Summary
1:1 pediatric home health nursing for a toddler with a G-tube and Trach in Jetmore, KS. Provides hands-on care for a child with medical complexities, including ventilator care and trach/G-tube management. Flexible full-time schedule (Mon-Thu 8a-6p; nights/weekends with differential potential). Training provided with 24/7 support; no prior pediatric home health experience required beyond heart and willingness to learn. Roles emphasize meaningful, one-on-one care, family involvement, and integration into a collaborative team. Sign-on bonus available for full-time night shifts plus night/weekend differentials; comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k with match, generous PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
