Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness throughout the day in areas such as the lobby, sidewalks, elevators, stairwells, parking areas, plazas, landscaping, utility spaces, gutters, and statues as directed by the Building Manager. Perform general cleaning tasks including trash removal, dust mopping, vacuuming carpets, routine floor mopping, and disinfecting restroom fixtures while keeping restrooms stocked with necessary supplies. Clean, vacuum, and rinse lobby mats as needed, and set up and break down meeting rooms based on service requests. Return recycling bins to their designated floors and complete additional duties as assigned by management or based on client needs. This full-time role includes a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a pay rate of $19.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to read and understand English
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand or walk for the entire shift
- Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Initiative to take on additional responsibilities when needed

- Previous experience cleaning high-end hotels
