Full Time Day Porter

Communicate effectively in English with tenants, visitors, supervisors, vendors, and emergency personnel to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after hours, inspecting common areas, and checking electrical appliance use. Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, lobbies, hallways, break rooms, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Gather and empty trash and recycling receptacles, respond promptly to spills and cleaning requests, and report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors. Restock janitorial supplies and perform light exterior cleaning of entrances and walkways. Provide courteous customer service to all building occupants.
