Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 in-home nursing care to children with complex medical needs, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator management. Provide support for infants and toddlers, developing real connections while allowing families to maintain their daily routines. Specialized hands-on training is provided for ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, with 24/7 support available. Full-time options include Monday through Friday 7a - 3p or overnight shifts Sunday through Saturday with flexible scheduling. Up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time night positions plus night and weekend differentials.

- Overnights All Week: Sunday through Saturday 10p-7a, *flexible
- Client Specifics: Infant with a g-tube
- Client Specifics: 1 year-old with trach, vent, and g-tube
